One On One Care is a Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) certified Home Care Agency. As a DMAS certified agency, you can have confidence in knowing that we operate under the strict guidelines and regulations of DMAS. This ensures you and or your loved one will receive the quality of service which you deserve.

One On One Care has been providing Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Companions for in-home care since 1998. We provide trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of care giving needs. Whether it's for extra assistance after a stay in the hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help or companionship to remain in their home or as respite for a family member caring for a loved one, One On One Care can help.

Personal Care Services

• Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding)
• Assistance with walking, getting in and out of bed, and use of a wheelchair
• Taking vital signs
• Range of motion exercises
• Measuring and recording fluid and food intake
• Applying ointments and topical medications

We are a participating Medicaid Provider and are proud of our strong working relationships with select Hospitals, Long Term Care Programs, Hospices, and Home Health Care Agencies. One On One Care is a Preferred Provider for most Insurance Plans and we will accept assignment.
